Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 July 2026.
This site is mine, Roxy Reynard ("I," "me"). Nobody reads privacy policies, so I’ve made this one short and honest. The gist: I know your email because you typed it in, I use it to send you my newsletter, and that is the entire story. I don’t sell you. I read the same kind of books you do, I’m not about to sell you out.
What I’ve got on you
- An email address, and only because you volunteered it. Filed with it: the date you signed up, the page you did it from, and the click that confirmed it. That’s my receipt proving you actually said yes.
- Numbers about the site. Pages opened, links clicked outward, forms sent, audiobook-code requests, whichever corner of the internet you wandered in from, and a headcount. It all sits on my own private dashboard. Your address, your name, and anything you write to me never go near it.
Why I’ve got it
So I can tell you about new releases, slip you a bonus scene, and share the odd bit of news. Exactly what you signed up for, nothing smuggled in. Legally speaking I’m relying on your consent, which you gave twice: once in the box, once by clicking the link I emailed you.
Who I hand it to
Nobody. The only outsiders touching it are the services holding this place together, sending my mail, and keeping bots off my forms: AWS and Cloudflare Turnstile. I don’t sell your details, rent them, or swap them. Not now, not for any price.
How long I hang onto it
Until you’d rather I didn’t. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and using it takes you straight off my sending list. Want it wiped altogether? Say the word and it’s gone.
Your move
- Bail out whenever you please, via the link in any email or the unsubscribe page.
- Demand to see what I’m holding, or order me to delete the lot, through my contact form.
- In the EEA, the UK, or California? GDPR and CCPA hand you extra rights. Use the same form, and I’ll honor them without making you fight for it.
Age
Everything I write is for adults, and so is this site and the newsletter attached to it. Readers of 18 and over only. I don’t knowingly take a thing from anybody younger.
Come find me
Questions, privacy demands, or after my postal address? It all goes through my contact form.
